• In the event that veterinary treatment is required during a stay, The Little Pet Boarding will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner.
• If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention as deemed necessary for the animal’s welfare.
• All veterinary fees, treatments, and associated costs are the responsibility of the owner.
• We work in the best interests of the animal at all times and will never delay treatment where welfare is at risk.

• Arrival and collection times must be agreed in advance.
• Late collections may incur additional charges.
• Animals not collected within 24 hours of the agreed end date, without communication, may incur extended boarding fees.
If a pet is not collected as arranged and we are unable to make contact with the owner or nominated emergency contact, ongoing care will continue at the standard boarding rate while reasonable efforts are made to reach you. If contact cannot be established, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure the pet’s welfare.
07
